Agreement
By downloading or using RevealCut, you agree to these terms and the applicable app store rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
RevealCut is a creative workspace for producing, storing and exporting before-and-after marketing content. You may use it for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the device, anonymous session and activity associated with it.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of images, text and brand assets you add. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform and return that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the necessary rights and consent from identifiable people shown in uploaded images.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful material; attempt to access another workspace; bypass feature limits or security controls; disrupt the infrastructure; reverse engineer protected services except where law expressly permits; or use RevealCut in violation of law, professional rules or platform policies.
4. Professional responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing exported photos, claims, prices, captions, hashtags, permissions and disclosures before publishing. Templates, shot guidance and suggestions are creative tools—not legal, medical, financial or guaranteed marketing-performance advice.
5. AI-generated suggestions
AI output may be incomplete, inappropriate or inaccurate. Review every suggestion and do not rely on it as professional advice or a promise of commercial results. Do not submit sensitive personal information. We may apply reasonable limits or safety controls to AI requests.
6. Pro subscriptions
Available plans, localized price, billing period and any trial are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store before renewal under that store's rules. You can restore purchases in RevealCut and manage or cancel through the store. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, limit, suspend or discontinue features to protect reliability, comply with law or evolve the product. Locally available projects may remain editable offline; cloud sync, signed media links, AI and purchases require network and provider availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of any template.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevealCut is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee bookings, audience reach, revenue or a particular business result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for RevealCut during the preceding twelve months.
9. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using RevealCut at any time and can permanently delete the anonymous account and RevealCut workspace through Settings → Data controls. If the app is unavailable, use the deletion page. Account deletion does not cancel an active store subscription. We may restrict service access for serious abuse, fraud, legal requirements or security risk. Terms that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—continue after termination.
10. Governing terms and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. App store terms also apply; in case of conflict, mandatory platform terms control for store transactions. Material updates will carry a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice.
