Delete account data

RevealCut starts with a randomly generated anonymous account, which you can optionally protect with Google, Apple or email sign-in in Settings → Protect your account. A protected account also holds your email address; we never ask for your name. You can permanently delete all of your RevealCut data directly in the app. If you no longer have the app, you can submit a verified deletion request here.

Delete directly in RevealCut

  1. Open RevealCut → Settings.
  2. Scroll to Data control → Delete workspace and account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion.

The app immediately removes all of your RevealCut data: profile, cloud projects, uploaded media and the local RevealCut workspace. If you signed in with Apple, Apple access is revoked. An anonymous account is deleted completely. If you use the same Google, Apple or email account in our other apps, only your RevealCut data is deleted: the shared sign-in record (email address and sign-in link) is kept and your account there is not affected. You do not need to email support for this in-app action.

If the app is no longer installed

If you protected your account, reinstall RevealCut, sign in with the same Google, Apple or email account and delete it in the app as described above. Otherwise email us from the email address linked to your account, or send the private session code previously shown in Settings, device platform and app version. We may request limited verification to avoid deleting another person's workspace.

What is deleted

Your RevealCut profile, brand kit, active and deleted project records, client and team cards, approval requests, portfolio page, uploaded before-and-after media, AI usage records and subscription entitlement copy are removed from active RevealCut systems. A Sign in with Apple refresh token is revoked with Apple and then deleted. The sign-in itself (email address and sign-in link) is deleted too, unless the same Google, Apple or email account is still used in another of our apps; in that case only that shared sign-in record is kept. Data already exported to your device or shared by you is outside our control.

What may be retained

Limited security logs, fraud-prevention records, store transaction references, accounting records and encrypted backups may remain for legal or operational retention periods. Backup copies expire through normal rotation and are not restored to active use except for disaster recovery.

Subscriptions and device exports

Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription and cannot remove photos already exported or shared by you. Manage an active subscription separately in your store account.
