Delete account data

RevealCut uses a randomly generated anonymous account. You can permanently delete the account and its RevealCut workspace directly in the app. If you no longer have the app, you can submit a verified deletion request here.

Delete directly in RevealCut

  1. Open RevealCut → Settings.
  2. Open Data controls.
  3. Choose Delete account and workspace.
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion.

The app removes the matching anonymous account, cloud projects, uploaded media and local RevealCut workspace immediately. You do not need to email support for this in-app action.

If the app is no longer installed

Email the private session code previously shown in Settings, device platform and app version. We may request limited verification to avoid deleting another person's workspace.

What is deleted

The matching anonymous profile, brand kit, active and deleted project records, uploaded before-and-after media, AI usage records and subscription entitlement copy are removed from active RevealCut systems. Data already exported to your device or shared by you is outside our control.

What may be retained

Limited security logs, fraud-prevention records, store transaction references, accounting records and encrypted backups may remain for legal or operational retention periods. Backup copies expire through normal rotation and are not restored to active use except for disaster recovery.

Subscriptions and device exports

Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription and cannot remove photos already exported or shared by you. Manage an active subscription separately in your store account.

RevealCut anonim bir hesap kullanır. Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Veri kontrolleri → Hesabı ve çalışma alanını sil yoluyla hesabını, bulut projelerini, yüklenen medyayı ve yerel RevealCut verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa daha önce Ayarlar'da görünen özel oturum kodunu, cihaz platformunu ve uygulama sürümünü destek@dodeyazilim.com adresine gönder. Hesap silme işlemi mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez.
